PROGRAM DETAILS

Our four-month program starts on June 1 and ends on September 30, 2024.

Week 1
 

We will work with you 1:1 to connect your integrations. This might include your social media platforms, SEO, website analytics, and email marketing.

As your business grows, you can add other integrations.

We suggest adding all of the integrations you are currently using so that you can see the data points for each.

Week 2 - 4

During this time, you are not required to take any action. Your dashboard will begin to populate with the data from each integration that you connected. On June 30, you will receive your first report with a worksheet and video from us. It will take approximately 10-12 minutes to analyze your data and complete the worksheet. The worksheet will help you to identify what is working well and what is not immediately.

Months 2-4
 

During this period you can log in at any time to see real-time data points in your dashboard. We will also send you a weekly report and the corresponding worksheet. As you complete your weekly worksheet, you will see the areas for improvement. We suggest sending in a question for 1:1 coaching. Our expert coaches will review, listen to your questions, and then review your dashboard. They will record a video for you with coaching that is scenario-specific to you.

The video will be posted in our coaching portal (with only your first name and state) for the community to watch. You benefit from watching everyone's coaching videos and submitting your own.

At the end of the program, you can choose to renew or cancel.

You’ll see a list of platforms; select the one you use, and the platform will guide you through the setup process with step-by-step instructions. If you encounter any bumps along the way, our support team is ready and eager to assist you in completing the integration smoothly. We're here to ensure your data starts flowing into Insightful without a hitch.
  • One or more of my integrations just won't connect - why?
    If you’re experiencing trouble with connecting one or more of your integrations, it could be due to a variety of reasons. Commonly, it might be as simple as entering the incorrect username or password, or it could be that you're attempting to connect a personal social media account rather than a business account, which our platform requires. Don't worry, though—our support team is at your service to troubleshoot these issues. Reach out to us, and we’ll work with you to diagnose and resolve the connection problems, ensuring your integrations are up and running smoothly.
  • Can I add/remove integrations later down the track?
    Yes, absolutely! You have the flexibility to add or remove integrations as your business needs evolve. If your journey leads you to advanced features like tracking ads on platforms such as Pinterest, Instagram, or Google Ads, this would call for an account upgrade. If you need those expanded capabilities, simply reach out to our support team, and they will assist you with the upgrade process. We continually update and maintain these resources to provide the best possible support for your marketing efforts, and this is part of the subscription service.   • Will the data in my real-time dashboard be identical to the data in the native integration?
    Yes. The data displayed in your real-time dashboard is a direct reflection of the information we receive from third-party platforms via their APIs. However, if you notice differences, it’s important to make accurate comparisons. Metrics across different platforms might share similar names but can represent diverse data points, each calculated through unique methods. Take Facebook Ads Manager as an instance—it presents various metrics like "Clicks", "Link Clicks", "Website Clicks", and "Total Clicks". While they may sound alike, each metric measures a distinct aspect of user interaction. To ensure you’re interpreting your dashboard correctly, always check that you're comparing the same metrics between Insightful and the native platform.
